  • We have a limited season and the income earned from our property is very important to us, therefore we must enforce strict refund policies in season. We appreciate your understanding! Details for refunds are as follows based on cancellation notice:
    • Within 7-day preview period AND at least 36 hours in advance of check-in - 100% refund
    • After 7-day preview period and 30 days or more in advance of check-in - 80% refund
    • After 7-day preview period and less than 30 days in advance of check-in - 50% refund
    • Less than 36 hours in advance of check-in - No refund
    A $500 security deposit is required at booking.  Upon completion of your reservation, if no damage has occurred, this amount will be refunded to the card on file within 3-5 days.
