We started Sota Slips & Dock Rentals with one simple goal – to make the process of finding and renting a slip or dock in Minnesota seamless and easy. With more than 10,000 lakes in our great state, we were shocked that there were no better resources than word of mouth, social media, and classified ads. These hardly seem sufficient to help boaters find a place to safely park their boat, whether for the day or the full season. We built our platform to make finding and renting a slip or dock just as easy as dropping a line in the water.

We are a peer-to-peer rental platform matching boaters to slip/dock owners with ease and convenience. Boaters have access to docks that suit their needs on beautiful lakes across Minnesota. Dock owners, including individuals and marinas, have a resource to list their docks for free and generate income from their underutilized assets.
